I started by building and maintaining the volunteer database and analyzing workshop data trends, so the team could see who was showing up and what worked.

I led talent management, performance management, recruitment and volunteer relations. I was named Best Team Leader, and HR was named Best Department, for two consecutive terms.

As CEO I led a 40-person volunteer team and built strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and communities.

Together we delivered 29 educational programs for more than 1,600 participants and published 100+ pieces of educational content that reached over 400,000 people.
